View a Response

Individual requests appear in the order in which they were submitted (see credit card response screen).  The caption in the Type of Return field is a hyperlink which will provide the user with the search result for each inquiry.  Click on the hyperlink to open the link.  Then, using your browser software's Print button, you may print the response.

Manual Interventions are normally completed no later than the next working day.

The sample in figure search response is a typical response.  To print the result, simply use the print function on your web browser software.  Click on the hyperlink response to view the information returned for your inquiry.  Clicking on manual intervention will return an error message.  Review manual intervention only after the intervention has been completed and a different type of return is displayed.
