Submit Requests

When everything on the screen is correct (see submit requests) click the SEND REQUESTS button.  The accuracy of the information submitted in the responsibility of the submitter.  Clicking the Send Requests button adds a charge to your account.  At this point the order cannot be changed, edited or recalled.
