Once you click the Send Requests button, in a few moments a screen similar to the one labeled order confirmation will appear.

This screen gives you the order number associated with your inquiry.
You may view a list of your orders for the past thirty days by clicking Previous Order It may take a few minutes for the latest order number to appear on the screen, and may require you to refresh the screen.
If you submit your request and receive an error message or no response, you should first check your Previous Order screen to make sure your order was not received. The applications automatically debits your account when the requests are received. If you resubmit requests and the initial submissions were received and processed, you will be paying twice for the same information. If the transmission was successful, a new order will appear on your Previous Order screen.
