No Prosecution

On this arrest for Disorderly Conduct with an enhancer for a Habitual Criminal, the Anywhere County District Attorney's office decided not to prosecute the offense and no conviction resulted.

Reasons to prosecute may vary.  The prosecutor may determine there is insufficient evidence to convict.  However, the prosecutor may also have entered into an informal deferred prosecution agreement with the subject.  If the subject completes the terms of the agreement, the prosecutor does not prosecute.
