If you submit your request and receive no response, you should contact the Record Check Unit with the information submitted to see if the transaction was received by our server. The application automatically debits your credit card when the requests are received. If you resubmit requests and the initial submissions were received and processed, you will be paying twice for the same information.
If the request was received but due to a communications problem in returning the confirmation, staff at the record check unit can provide you with your order number to allow you to view the response. Any problems should be reported by calling (608) 264-6363 or by email to email@example.com.
