When using a credit card to access criminal history background checks, your next option is to determine whether you wish to perform a new name search or review results of a prior search. See select option screen.
If you choose to view a prior search, enter the 16 digit order number in the previous order number box. Previous searches are available for viewing for 30 days from the date of the order.
If you choose to perform a new name search, select your search type; general, caregiver or daycare. If you are conducting a daycare request, enter the Daycare ID number you were assigned by the Department of Health and Family Services.
Please note, all background checks done by credit card are charged at the general rate of $13.00, or $16.00 for caregiver or daycare searches. When using a credit card, no verification may be done as to the type of requestor, so only the general public rate is available.
