Manual Intervention

This response indicates that more than one possible match has been found based on the information you entered.  Staff at CIB will review the possible records and select the one which most closely matches the information you entered, or determine that none of the records match.  Manual interventions are reviewed hourly at CIB during business hours.  The proper response will be selected and posted back to the website no later than the next business day.  It may be obtained by selecting the View Previous Order menu option.  The result will be posted to the website under your account number and will be available for the next thirty days.  If not checked within that time, it will expire and can only be accessed by re-entering the information.
