Juvenile Adjudication Report

This response is only returned when the request type is daycare AND there is a responses from a file containing information on juveniles having been adjudicated delinquent as reported by Wisconsin courts.  The offenses reported by the courts are usually basis for disqualification from functioning as a daycare provider.  You should review the report and compare charges against the list of disqualifying offenses as provided by the Department of Health and Family Services.  Use the Back button to return to the response screen.
