On the payment selection page, you must choose how you are going to pay for your criminal history background check. If you have an account and want the fee charged to that account, select Online record checks for account customers. If you wish to pay by credit card using your Master Card or Visa, select Online record checks for credit card customers.
If you want information about doing criminal background checks by mail or fax, select Record checks via U.S. Mail or FAX.
When you make your selection, you may receive a notice that you are about to enter a secure website. If you receive this message, click OK to proceed.
