Click EDIT button ( see edit name screen) for the appropriate name, make changes and click DONE button. In this example, the user will edit John Q. Jones (highlighted EDIT button for demonstration purposes only).

The Edit button will take the user back to the name data entry screen with the completed information filled in the fields. Change the information necessary and click Done.
