Edit Alias

Click EDIT button (see edit alias/maiden name) for the appropriate alias, make changes and click  DONE button.  This user has chosen to edit the alias of John Q. Jackson used by John Q. Jones.

The Edit button will take the user back to the alias entry screen with the completed information filled in the fields.  Change the information necessary and click Done.
