Disposition Reported

In cycle 7 of Citizen's record, he was arrested by Anytown Police Department and booked by Anywhere County Sheriff's Department on August 28, 1989.  He was charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault with the Use of Force, a felony.  In  addition, Citizen was also charged with Battery for which the submitting agency did not specify the severity.  These offenses are numbered 01 and 02.

In the Disposition segment, dated 01/22/90 submitted by Anywhere County Circuit Court, Citizen was convicted of the offense of Second Degree Sexual Assault by Use of Force as charged in offense 01.  The sentence was 10 years in prison.

On offense 02, rather than being convicted of Battery [ss940.19(1)]as charged by the arresting agency, Citizen was convicted of Battery to an Elderly Person [ss940.19(3)(A)] as charged by the District Attorney.  Upon his conviction, Citizen was sentenced to 2 years in prison consecutive to any other sentence.

In addition, the District Attorney also charged Citizen with a third offense (03) of Burglary to a Building or Dwelling.  Citizen was convicted of this felony count and sentenced to 10 years in prison consecutive to any other sentence.
