Cannot access logon page

If your problem is you cannot get to the Welcome or Logon page of our website, you should first contact your local computer system administrator to make sure the problem is not with your local network security or firewall that will not let you access our website.

The record check site you are accessing is a secure site.  The application uses secure socket layer as a security measure.  Netscape dropped support of secure socket layer on versions later than v4.7 and prior to version 6.1.  If you use Netscape v4.7 as your web browser you will need to use a different browser to access this site.

Certain other proprietary web browsers do not contain all the necessary components, active x files or dlls to use all features on our site.

Current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer may be downloaded free from Microsoft at www.microsoft.com/windows/ie.  Version 5.0 or higher of Internet Explorer should be used to access this application.

If you have problems other with the internet application, a help line has been established to take you calls.  The number is (608) 264-6363.  This phone will be answered during normal business hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM central time, Monday through Friday. 

The application is normally available from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM central time seven days a week.  System maintenance is being performed from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM central time.
